No Brainer Breakfast Wrap

1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

2 eggs

4 egg whites

1 small jalapeño pepper, finely chopped

1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

4 tbsp light mozzarella, shredded

2 sprouted grain or gluten free wraps



Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, scramble eggs, chilies and beans together until firm and moisture is absorbed.

Distribute the egg mixture in the centre of the wrap, sprinkle with cheese, fold and enjoy!
