What type of workouts are included?

The monthly calendars are a mix of all my favourite workouts! They include strength training, cardio, HIIT, tabata, abs – well, you get the idea 😉 You will always receive a well balanced routine designed for maximum results.

Is this program for all fitness levels?

These calendars provide a mix of workouts that can all be modified to suit your needs It is always advised that you work at your own pace and listen to your body. What you put in is what you will get out! You can increase or decrease difficulty by adjusting the heaviness of the weights you use, increase or decrease your rest times and/or increase or decrease your level of intensity. Because verbal cues are not provided this program may not be suitable for someone that has never worked out before, who does not have experience executing movement with proper form and/or anyone dealing with injuries or physical limitations. Always check with your health care provider before starting a new workout or nutrition plan to make sure it is right for you.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts vary day to day but are on average 30-45 minutes each.

What equipment will I need?

I use minimal equipment throughout each month. I use light, medium and heavy dumbbells the most and will occasionally use a kettlebell (a single dumbbell will work too) a stability ball, mini bands and wrist/ankle weights. 

What do I do on rest days?

Rest days are recommended so that you can let your body properly recover. Use these rest days throughout the week as you wish. Perform light activity, yoga/stretching or just take a full day of rest. Listen to your body and do what feels right for you!
