Due to the print on demand nature of our products and our commitment to reducing waste we do not offer returns or exchanges due to buyers remorse or wrong fit.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing guides—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled.

If your receive a wrong, damaged or mislabelled item please email us at support@heatherrobertson.com within one week* after receiving your order and include the following information:

1. Your full name and order number
2. If the item is damaged: A photo of the item clearly showing the damage.
3. If the size is mislabelled: Lay the item on a flat surface. Place a tape measure on the item and take photos that clearly show the full length and width of the item (proper areas of measurement are shown on the product size guide) 

*After one week of receiving your wrong, damaged or mislabelled order your items will no longer be available for refund/replacement.

Return Policy:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within one week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Once the claim has been confirmed, a refund or a replacement item will be offered.  Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you choose to return a defective item for a refund an email notification will be sent to you, once we receive the returned shipment, to confirm the return of your item and to notify you of any applicable refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

 

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the digital nature and instant access to the digital downloads (Nutrition Guide/Recipe eBooks) all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not available once a purchase is complete. 

 

 

These Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
