New app updates

We heard you! Your feedback has helped build the app and continues to make a big difference. Myself and the HR team have been working hard and have some exciting news to share…
More flexibility. More control.
You now have a lot more control over scheduling programs and how workouts show up in your calendar. Here’s what’s new (and honestly… pretty awesome):
Programs at your own pace ✔️
Can’t commit to 5 days/week? No problemo–choose from 1-7 days per week and find a pace that feels right for you.
Edit your schedule on the fly ✔️
Need to switch it up? Swap Saturdays for Sundays, switch from three days per week to four…. you do you boo!
Pause a program ✔️
You can now pause a program and come back to it when you’re ready–continue from where you left off or restart from the beginning.
Mark complete or incomplete ✔️
Missed a day? Finished early? Changed your mind? Adjust any workout with just a tap. Your streaks and badges update instantly.
Move workouts anywhere ✔️
Both program and individual workouts can be moved to any day–past or future. Your calendar, your rules.
Auto-move completed workouts ✔️
If you finish a workout scheduled for another day, it will automatically move to today and be marked as complete. No extra steps. No toggles. Just magic. ✨

These new updates are going to make your workout planning and tracking a whole lot smoother inside the app. I can’t wait for you to try them out!
