Goal has and always will be to make fitness accessible and now that I've built a library that can literally provide a new workout everyday for XX days it was time to look forward and at what's next in my personal/business devleopment/goals and how to provide even more tools and results....

Why I decided to create an app

YouTube is an amazing place to get started. It’s accessible, flexible, and full of variety. But it also has limitations.

There’s no built-in structure.
No long-term progression.
