2/3 cup rolled oats
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp Coconut flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Raw honey
2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbsp Non-fat Cottage Cheese
2 tbsp unsweetened Almond milk
6 egg whites
2 tsp lemon zest
1-2 Tbsp shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the thick smooth batter into a well greased, pre-heated frying pan over medium heat.
