INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp honey
3/4 cup almond milk
2 eggs
1 cup protein powder
1 1/4 cups oat flour
1 cup muesli
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Warm peanut butter, honey and coconut oil to combine. Let cool slightly and then whisk in egg and milk.
Mix dry ingredients together in a medium bowl, and stir in liquid mixture until just combined. Do not over stir. Let sit for 5 minutes
Divide batter evenly into regular sized muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
