The weather is heating up which means it’s almost bbq season and nothing goes better with bbq than a side of fries! These garlic cheese fries are a great way to spice up your sweet potatoes and to avoid the greasy, deep fried versions!

INGREDIENTS
2 medium sweet potatoes
1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Himalayan salt & pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat oven to 450 C
Peel sweet potatoes and cut into thin strips. Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until fries are evenly coated.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spread the fries out evenly on the two sheets – keep the fries from touching as much as possible to get a crispier result.
Place both sheets in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10 minutes, flip and then return to oven for an additional 10 minutes or until good and crispy!
Serve with ketchup, hot sauce or your dip of choice ?
