Join me LIVE from my living room for real-time, full length workouts. This challenge runs for six weeks beginning Monday January 15th 2018 Every workout is designed to help you develop lean muscle tone and burn fat fast using minimal space and equipment. Workout from the gym or from home. All you need is an internet connection. All fitness levels are welcome as I walk you through proper form and offer modifications for each exercise. You will also receive a nutritional plan full of delicious, healthy meals so you know exactly what to eat throughout the entire challenge.
