At Home HIIT Workout For Beginners

I’m back at it with another HIIT workout! This is a great HIIT workout for beginners as it includes a longer rest period so you can get the recovery you need! As you advance you can increase your work period and decrease your rest times to provide more of a challenge.

// Breakdown //

30 sec work + 30 sec rest

Mountain Climbers
Squat + Bicep Curl
Tricep Push Ups
Single Leg Deadlift (Right Leg)
Single Leg Deadlift (Left Leg)
Butt Kicks

Repeat for 4 rounds total!
