Easy Tomato Soup

(makes 4-6 servings)
1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp onion, minced
1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp Sea salt
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients or combine in a blender and blend until smooth.
Chill before serving. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator

1 small container Fresh berries
1 sweet onion
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (Natural, unsalted)
1 can light coconut milk
1 (28oz) can diced tomatoes
Unsweetened almond milk
Organic whipping cream
2 (4oz) salmon fillets

fresh ground pepper
chili flakes (optional)
extra virgin olive oil
