The household products we use on a daily basis can sometimes wreak havoc on our hormones. By eliminating toxic chemicals from your environment you can help balance your hormones naturally.

Avoid plastics, cleaners with harmful chemicals, and artificial fragrances – these may contain hormone disrupting chemicals. Instead, choose natural cleaning products or make your own, use a glass or metal water bottle instead of plastic and avoid using scented candles or air fresheners.

3. Eat Good Food

Eating high quality foods rich in nutrients is vital for proper hormone balance. Focus on high quality lean proteins (organic, grass fed, non-GMO), healthy fats (oils, seeds, nuts) and lots of organic vegetables and fruits.

Avoid sugars, caffeine, processed foods, saturated and trans fats as much as possible.
