Coconut Lime

Breakfast Smoothie
You can sip on this balanced meal while sitting in rush hour traffic. Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend, pour and go!
1 scoop of your protein of choice
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 banana
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
Dash of cinnamon
Frozen Breakfast Burrito
On the weekend make a few batches of my Breakfast Burrito’s. Wrap them in foil and freeze until needed. In the a.m pop one in the oven at 350F for approx. 30-40 minutes while you get ready or unwrap it and throw it in the microwave if you are really in a hurry.
Breakfast Muffins
A muffin tin is a late-risers best tool. Use it to make your version of an egg muffin – add any cooked meats, veggies and spices that you choose. Or, if you prefer baked goods in the a.m mix together a batch of Cocoa Cran or PB Breakfast Muffins – these go perfectly with a morning java.
Don’t skip out on breakfast! I hope these ideas will help you get in that important, first meal of the day – without cutting into your extra morning snooze of course 😉
