Pina Colada Shake

A protein shake packed full of flavour and Natural sweetness, this Pina Colada Shake recipe is a tropical twist on your plain ol’ protein shake!

Nutritional Value per serving Calories 210, Fat 2.5g, Protein 22g, Carbs 25g

 

Ingredients

1 cup non-fat cottage cheese

1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained

1 banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

ice cubes as needed

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
