1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves, packed
1/2 cup chopped chard, packed
1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Sea salt & ground pepper, to taste
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for approx. 5 minutes or until soft. Add chopped spinach and chard and a splash of water. Cook until green begin to wilt. Add salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice before serving.
