Overnight Oats

Save time in the morning and grab this on-the-go breakfast for a delicious, nutrient packed meal. Mix it up and add different nuts, seeds or fruit to your overnight oats!

2 cups steel cut oats

2 cups 0% greek, soy or coconut yogurt

1 1/2 – 2 cups milk of choice (depending how thick you would like it)

1/3 cup dried, unsweetened coconut

1/3 cup walnut pieces (or nut/seed of choice)

1 1/2 cups berries of choice



In a serving bowl mix together oats, yogurt and milk. Divide into 6 individual serving jars/bowls, cover and place in the fridge to soak overnight.

In the morning, top with berries, nuts/seeds or toppings of your choice and serve chilled!
