Sweet and Spicy Pork Recipe

1Tbsp tamari

1Tsp ginger, minced

1Tsp garlic, Minced

1Tsp Extra Virgin Olive oil

1lb pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut crosswise into 12 slices

1/3 cup Salsa

1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped



In a medium mixing bowl Combine first three ingredients.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Flatten out each pork piece to 1/2-inch thickness using your fingertips.

Place pork in skillet; spoon soy sauce mixture evenly over each slice. Cook until browned on each side approximately 3 minutes/side. Place cooked pork on a serving dish.

Add salsa to the hot skillet and increase the temperature to medium-high. Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly.

Serve pork with salsa mixture, and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
