Pumpkin Oats Recipe

3 cup Rolled oats

6 cups water

1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin

3/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Dash sea salt

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

3 tsp pure vanilla Extract

3/4 tsp nutmeg



Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine all ingredients in an oven-proof bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly.

Place in oven and let bake for 30 minutes. Remove and serve.
