Serves 6/Makes 3 Large Belgian Waffles

1 1/2 cups Non fat Cottage cheese
2 cups Rolled oats
4 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 tbsp cinnamon
Blend ingredients together to create a thick, smooth consistency.
Pour 1/3 of mixture at a time over a pre-heated, greased waffle iron. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Optional – top with Fresh berries and 0% Greek yogurt.
