4 slices sprouted grain or gluten free bread
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup frozen berries
Beat egg with milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a large shallow bowl until well mixed.
Heat a well greased skillet on medium-high heat.
Dip bread slices in egg mixture So that both sides are coated evenly.
Place bread slices in heated skillet, cook until egg coating is fully cooked on both sides and lightly browned, Flipping with a spatula as needed.
