4 (5oz) boneless chicken breasts

1 tsp dried chili powder

Salt and pepper

1 avocado sliced thinly

Bunch of alfalfa sprouts

Dijon mustard

4 sprouted grain or gluten free buns



Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper and chili. Lightly coat your grill witha brush of olive oil and bbq until chicken is cooked thoroughly. (Or bake in oven at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through)

Place cooked chicken on bun and top with dijon mustard, avocado slices and a generous heap of sprouts.
