Breakfast Burrito Recipe

1 cups egg whites

1/4 cup non-Fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped

1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped

1/4 cup canned black beans, rinsed & drained

2 small wraps

Sea Salt & pepper



In a small bowl combine egg whites and cottage cheese. Whisk in salt and pepper as desired.

In a well greased skillet Saute veggies and beans until soft. Pour the egg mixture over vegetable and fry until eggs dry.

Divide egg mixture on top of tortillas and roll each into a burrito.

Optional – top with salsa and low fat cheese

**Tip. Make these ahead of time wrap individually in foil and put in the freezer for an easy grab and go breakfast in the morning 🙂
