Bison Burger Recipe

1 lb ground bison

1 egg

2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup bread crumbs

1 small onion, grated

1 Tbsp tomato paste

1/2 tsp ground pepper

1 Avocado, Sliced

1 Tomato, Sliced

4 hamburger buns



In large bowl whisk together egg and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, mustard, pepper and tomato paste. Add beef; mix just until combined. Shape into four patties.

Place patties on greased grill over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning once, until cooked through or until you reach your desired doneness. Serve topped with avocado, tomato slices and your choice of fresh homemade sauces.
