Almond and Oats Shake recipe

This almond and oats shake a great meal replacement or recovery shake. Balanced with simple carbs and protein it will help to replenish glycogen and glucose stores after a killer sweat session. This is also a great breakfast option if you are short on time or have a small appetite first thing in the morning.

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup 0% plain greek yogurt

1/4 cup natural, unsalted almonds

2/3 cup rolled oats

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

Water as needed



Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
