4 (4oz) sirloin steaks, trimmed of fat
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup 0% plain Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp Fresh horseradish, grated
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and pepper
Place steaks in a large resealable bag and add Worcestershire sauce. Seal bag and shake so steak is evenly coated with sauce. Let steaks marinade in fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Lightly brush your grill with oil. Heat on medium-high. Remove steaks from bag and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the zucchini in half, length wise and brush with oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
Place the steak and zucchini on the grill. Cook steak to desired doneness and grill the zucchini for approx. 8-10 minutes total turning occasionally until tender
Meanwhile mix together the yogurt, horseradish and 1/2tsp worcestershire and a pinch of sea salt.
Remove the steak and Zucchini from the grill. Thinly slice the steak and top with yogurt mixture.
