Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened Almond milk

2 Tbsp ground flax seed

2 Tbsp chia seed

2 handfuls fresh spinach

2 cups frozen blueberries

2 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
