Curry Chicken Wrap Recipe

2 Sprouted Grain Pitas (or use wraps *shown in image)

2 (4oz) cooked Chicken Breasts, chopped or shredded

1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt

2 tbsp dried, unsweetened cranberries

1 apple, diced

2 tsp honey mustard

1 tsp curry powder

squeeze of lemon


In a mixing owl combine the chicken, yogurt, cranberries, apples, honey mustard, curry powder and lemon.

Mix until well combined.

Cut pita’s in half and distribute the mixture evenly into each half.
