Standing Dumbbell Calf Raises

  1. Stand upright holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
  2. With the toes pointing either straight, inwards or outwards (as indicated), Exhale and contract the calves to raise the heels off the floor and come up on to your toes
  3. Hold the top contraction for a second and then inhale, as you lower the heels back to the starting position
  4. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions
