Rope Pull Through

  1. Begin standing a few feet in front of a low pulley with a rope attached. Face away from the machine, straddling the cable, with your feet set wide apart and grasp the rope with both hands, palms facing in.
  2. Keeping your knees slightly bent and your arms straight .Raise the rope straight up until you reach shoulder height
  3. Hold for a moment at the top and then slowly lower back to starting position.
  4. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions
