Kneeling High Pulley Row

  1. Attach a rope to a high pulley and kneel a couple of feet away, holding the rope above your head with both arms extended.
  2. Flex the elbows and retract your shoulders, squeezing the shoulder blades together. Exhale as you pull the rope toward your upper chest with your elbows out.
  3. Pause for a moment and then inhale, returning to the starting position.
  4. Repeat for the recommended number or receptions
