Cable Rope Curls

  1. Attach a rope attachment to a low pulley and stand facing the machine
  2. Grasp the rope with palms facing in and stand straight up.
  3. Keep your elbows at your sides during the entire movement.
  4. Using your biceps, exhale as you curl your arms up separating the rope as you reach shoulder height.
  5. After a small pause during the contraction, slowly start to lower the weight back to the original position.
  6. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
