Assisted Chin Ups

  1. Securely wrap a resistance support band around the centre of the chin up bar. You can use different bands to provide varying levels of assistance.
  2. Pull the end of the band down, and place one bent knee or foot into the loop. Take a narrow or wide grip on the bar.
  3. Pull yourself upward. attempting to get your chin over the bar. Avoid swinging
  4. Pause for a moment at the top and then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the amount of reps suggested.
