Suitcase Crunch
  1. Lay flat on your back with your knees bent, back pressed flat against the ground and place your hands, one on top of the other on your forehead with palms facing up
  2. Exhale and crunch up bringing your knees towards the palms of your hands.
  3. Hold at the top, squeezing the abdominals
  4. Inhale and slowly lower back to the starting position
  5. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions
